Riley Figg represents Apex Real Estate Advisors as a Broker Associate leading clients to their ideal property solution in both sales and leasing. He specializes in representing both landlords and tenants in the retail, office, and industrial sectors of the Denver Metro Area, as well as working with Buyers & Sellers for those same property types. Riley is also a real estate property manager with BareRose Properties overseeing a diversified, high-performing portfolio of properties that include; retail, industrial, office and multi-family properties spanning the Denver Metro Area. With a foundation anchored by over 10 years of experience in real estate management Riley is an expert at representing both an owner, and a buyer, with convictive integrity. He takes pride in truly understanding the desire of a client to determine the best investment decision for every unique deal.
